HWScenes does not offer returns or exchanges on any orders. We encourage you to review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in packaging every diecast model with care. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. To be eligible for a refund under this exception, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
- The item must not have been opened beyond what is necessary to identify the damage.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your claim, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a monetary refund, subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- Items opened or used beyond inspection.
