Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of ₹150 for all domestic orders under ₹2000. For orders over ₹2000, domestic shipping is completely free. Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship globally! International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HWScenes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Packaging Standards

As collectors ourselves, we know how important the condition of the card and blister is. Every single model is carefully inspected, bubble-wrapped generously, and shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes to ensure maximum protection during transit. We do not use poly mailers for diecast cars.
